Book Condition Guidelines

The following condition guidelines apply to all product categories:

• Like New: 
• An unread copy with cover and original plastic protective wrapping intact.
• Used - Very Good: 
• All pages and cover are intact.
• Books may have minor cosmetic defects, e.g. marks, wears, cuts, bends, and crushes on the cover, spine, pages or dust cover if applicable.
• Dust cover is intact and pages are clean without notes.
• Books may contain remainder marks on outside edges. 
• Used - Good:
• All pages and cover are intact.
• Spine and cover may show signs of wear and minor foxing.
• Pages may include limited notes and highlighting.
• May include "From the library of" labels.
• Dust cover may be missing. 
• Books may contain remainder marks on outside edges. 
• Used - Acceptable:
• All pages and cover are intact.
• Spine and cover may show signs of wear and foxing. 
• Pages may include limited notes, highlighting, or minor water damage but the text is readable. 
• May include "From the library of" labels.
• Dust cover may be missing. 
• Books may contain remainder marks on outside edges. 
• Used - Poor: 
• Pages and cover may not be intact.
• Spine and cover may show signs of heavy wear and foxing. 
• Pages may include notes, highlighting, or water damage but the text is readable. 
• May include "From the library of" labels.
• Dust cover may be missing. 
• Books may contain remainder marks on outside edges.
